Active Assistance specialises in providing live-in care and our Total Care Management (TCM) Package is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that someone else is responsible for your care 365 days a year if required.

Our aim is to deliver the very best live-in care service and we achieve this by;

• Recruiting the very best staff. All our Personal Care Assistants must successfully complete our 5 day in-house live in care training programme before they commence work.
• All Care Packages are supervised by our qualified Nursing Team, to ensure our service meets your assessed needs.
• PA assignments are scheduled 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure that your care package is well planned and organised.
• Our priority is to deliver superior continuity of live-in care by assigning a Personal Care Assistant to work with you on a regular rota. Currently, 85% of our clients have a regular PA working in this way Ensuring our Quality.

Our team of highly motivated and specially trained live-in Personal Care Assistants (PA's) enable our clients to live at home and lead an independent and active life. We achieve this by assigning a PA to provide live-in care and work under your direction, to help meet your needs and support you in achieving your goals. All our PAs are over 21 and drive. They are all employed by us and so are fully insured and we are responsible for their pay, tax and national insurance. Our live-in care service is supervised by our qualified nursing teams operating throughout England and Wales.

All new PA’s complete a comprehensive training programme to ensure high quality provision of live-in care. All PA’s also attend annual update training to ensure their knowledge and skills relating to live-in care work remain up to date. Our nursing team, known as Care Service Managers, are also responsible for ensuring that the needs of our clients are being met, liaising with other health professionals working with you where necessary.
