• Recruiting the very best staff. All our PAs must successfully complete our 5 day in-house live in care training programme before they commence work.
• All Care Packages are supervised by our qualified Nursing Team, to ensure our service meets your assessed needs.
• PA assignments are scheduled 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure that your care package is well planned and organised
• Our priority is to deliver superior continuity of care by assigning a PA to work with you on a regular rota. Currently, 85% of our clients have a regular PA working in this way
• Ensuring our Quality Management Systems are IS0 9001:2000 compliant.
