Refer A Friend Scheme

Do you know someone who might consider joining us to work as a live-in care assistant? If you do, why not tell them using our Refer a Friend scheme. By referring a friend you and your friend could receive a £100 M&S voucher EACH!

All you need to do is complete the form below and send it to your friend. Your friend will receive an email from you suggesting that they might like to apply.

Remember that your friend must be 21 or older and must be able to drive (although they don't actually need to own a car!)

It's a really rewarding job as you would be working with people who are paralysed as a result of a spinal cord injury. They run an award winning Induction Training programme and there are opportunities to study towards formal qualifications in care. Starting salaries are between £395 to £430 per week (depending on experience) and you get free food and accommodation whilst you are working. Other benefits include paid holiday and free travel to/from your place of work and the opportunity to study towards an nationally recognised qualification in health and social care. If, as a result of this email, you get a job with them we both get a £100 M&S voucher!

How the scheme works

You must complete and send the above referral email to your friend otherwise we will not have a record that you made the referral!

You do not need to work for Active Assistance to make a successful referral.

Once your friend starts work, we will contact you to arrange delivery of your £100 voucher.
