Before you start work you will attend our FREE award winning residential Induction Training Course which runs over 5 days and is delivered by our qualified team of trainers.

Every 12 months you will attend update training to ensure your skills remain up to date.

Active Assistance is now an accredited Diploma Training Centre. This means that we are able to offer Diploma training for all our staff up to Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

  • Risk Assessment ( Introduction to client documentation)
  • Equipment, including wheelchairs and hoists
