Role of a Personal Care Assistant

The role of the Personal Care Assistant is to work on a live-in basis with our physically disabled clients, assisting them with everyday tasks. Personal Care Assistant jobs last between one and three weeks and the care work may include getting the client in and out of bed, washing, dressing, cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, toileting and general household tasks. It may also be necessary to drive the clients vehicle and accompany them to work, social events, appointments or even on holiday.
